An accomplished speaker, writer, and thinker, Lauren has helped people reach and motivate audiences for 20 years.

For the past decade, she has applied her analytical and communication skills to branding, messaging, and market research needs of businesses, big and small. More recently, she has focused on integrating social media strategies into branding, marketing, and communication initiatives.

Through insightful questions and intense listening, Lauren cuts to the core of each client’s identity, leveraging their uniqueness to understand and move ideal target markets.

Her positive, collaborative approach has been described as empowering, life-changing, and even therapeutic.

A broad and eclectic background enables her to spot trends and cross-apply concepts from a wide variety of industries and disciplines.

Presentation experience from the courtroom to the boardroom, involvement with dozens of corporate branding/marketing/advertising campaigns, insights from years of analyzing focus groups, and cultural sensitivity from traveling and living abroad inform her unique perspective.

Her stellar academic credentials include an LL.M. with merit from the University of London, a J.D. with honors from the top-20 University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Texas.

She is the author of The Professional Woman’s Guide to Getting Promoted (Impackt 2015) and The Manager’s Guide to Presentations (Impackt 2014) and is working on a third professional/business skills book. She is also a licensed attorney as well as a certified mediator.

Commitment to Community

Lauren actively participates in her local community, serving on the Pikes Peak United Way 2013 Quality of Life Indicators Report Marketing Committee and the Marketing Committee for the Colorado Springs Pioneer Museum, as well as sharing her social media skills as frequent speaker at community education events. She was recently selected as a 2015 Rising Star by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and won the Gold in the Local Twitterer category in the 2015 Best Of Colorado Springs from the Colorado Springs Independent.

Having discovered her gifts for public speaking, research, and strategy through her high school speech team, Lauren has a passion for helping students develop those crucial skills at an early age, so she coaches high school and college students in speech, debate, mock trial, and professional communication skills. Her students have achieved considerable success including national and state awards along with acceptances to University of Chicago, Northwestern, Georgetown, Duke, Columbia, and more. She is currently teaching a section of Communication, Training, and Development at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
